"Resin extrusion molding" is a method where heated and softened resin is continuously poured into a mold with holes and extruded like tokoroten to form the desired shape. There are three types of molding methods available for selection based on application. In particular, PVC foamed extrusion molding is difficult, and there are few companies capable of it, making it a technology we can confidently offer. We have produced over 10,000 products to date, creating approximately 285 molds each year, which averages to nearly one mold per day. We handle everything from product design to mold design.
